  • Account holder must not have accessed more than 25% of available course materials or monitoring features

  • No data downloads or exports from our investment monitoring platform have occurred

  • Technical issues preventing service access must be documented and reported within 48 hours

  • Learning program participants must not have completed more than two modules or assignments

  • One-on-one consultation sessions, if utilized, are non-refundable after completion

Processing Timeframes

Most refund requests are reviewed within 72 hours of submission. Complete processing, including funds return to your original payment method, typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution's policies.

Common Refund Scenarios

Technical Difficulties

If our platform experiences extended downtime or technical issues that prevent you from accessing services for more than 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of usage time.

Service Mismatch

When our services don't align with your investment monitoring needs as described in our marketing materials, we'll work with you to find a solution or process a refund within the eligibility window.

Duplicate Payments

Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded immediately upon verification. These refunds are processed outside normal criteria and timelines.

Program Cancellation

If Gloxtarium cancels a learning program or service before completion, participants receive full refunds regardless of content accessed or time elapsed.

Refunds appear on statements within 5-7 business days after processing approval

PayPal

Immediate credit to PayPal balance, with bank transfer taking 1-3 additional days

Bank Transfer

Direct deposits processed within 3-5 business days to original account

Important Considerations

  • Refunds are issued in the original currency and payment method used for purchase
  • Partial refunds may be offered for accounts with limited usage beyond standard eligibility criteria
  • Learning program refunds don't include costs for printed materials shipped to your address
  • Corporate accounts and enterprise subscriptions follow separate refund procedures outlined in service agreements
  • Promotional discount amounts cannot be refunded separately from the base service fee
  • Currency conversion fees charged by financial institutions are not covered by Gloxtarium refunds
